Testimonials

Few things people who have experienced Executive Diamonds Ladies Weekend Out have to say.

The Executive Diamonds Ladies Program has been a game-changer in my leadership journey. This comprehensive program was specifically designed to empower 360-degree women, providing us with the essential skills, inspiration, and support to excel in leadership. I greatly value the opportunities to connect with remarkable women who have achieved outstanding success in their careers, personal lives, business ventures, and social endeavour. Their shared stories, experiences and insights into the boardroom, personal struggled and the diligence required for leadership have been profoundly inspiring and enlightening. This program had helped create a balanced and cerebral state for women like me, equipping us to navigate life's challenges with confidence, resilience and poise.

Funmi Ogunbiyi Head of Technical Operations, Stanbic IBTC

Executive Diamond Ladies has helped shape my leadership journey by leveling the playing field and helping women like me reach our full potential as leaders. I have met other successful women, swapped stories, gotten advice, and found mentors who have been where I am. It's like having a cheat sheet for leadership challenges. Being a leader can be lonely. So, the EDL community is where you can talk about the good and the bad and know you're not alone. And seeing other women rocking it in leadership roles is incredibly inspiring. It proves you can do it too.”

Enobong Lauretta Ezekiel CEO, Coreal8 Limited

EDWO has been an incredibly enriching experience. The depth of conversations, quality of facilitators, and safe space to learn and grow have made it a truly transformative program. Listening to accomplished women share not just their wins, but their honest journeys, reminded me that success does not have to come at the expense of vulnerability. It is okay to show your soft but firm side as a woman. It is a program I’d recommend to any woman seeking clarity, growth, and genuine community on her leadership journey and path

Mary Ezaga Assistant General Manager Customer Experience & New Business Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc

As someone committed to building systems that empower people and institutions, being part of Executive Diamonds Ladies was both affirming and refreshing. The experience was rich; not just in content but in the depth of connection and intentionality. What stood out beyond the sessions was the community. The EDWO Alumni network isn’t just an afterthought. It's a deliberate space of seasoned women committed to helping one another navigate leadership, legacy, and life. That's the unique culture of sincerity that I love, no pretence, just genuine connection. The EDWO is the place to be. Be connected. Be intentional. Be the Eagle. Soar!

Olubusola A. Abidakun (Mrs) Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Ministry of Establishments and Training (MCIPM, HRPL, FITD, PSLC, CPC, MCDI, DFRA)

Coming into the Executive Diamonds Weekend Out, I didn’t even realise how much of myself I’d set aside, between managing people, showing up at meetings, caring for family, and being available to everyone else. EDWO gave me the space to slow down and check in with parts of me I hadn’t listened to in a while. It reminded me that I’m allowed to want more in alignment, presence, and a deeper connection to who I’m becoming.”
